30 overhead squats with PVC

10x each: Pushups, Situps, Dips, Pullups, Burpees


Skill: Jump Rope 3 minutes


Core: situp progression x 5 rounds


Workout: A.

21-15-9 reps, for time of:

Pull-up

Ring Dip

Burpee


Workout B.

Every 1 min for 10 mins do:

3 Power Snatches, 135/95 lbs

6 Toes-to-bars

9 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
