30 Overhead Squats with PVC, 10 Push-ups, 10 Ring Dips, 10 Pull-ups, 10 Burpees, Jump Rope (Singles), 3 mins ,20 GHD Sit-ups, 20 Hip Extensions, 20 Toes To Bars

1. WHM Breathing 6 rounds plus pushups

2. Workout 1

5 rounds for time of:

12 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs

40 Double Unders

3. Workout 2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:

7 Front Squats, 135/83 lbs

50 Double Unders
