One of my favorite formats is the 2 man leap frog
Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
then
2 man team leap frog
10 row calories
15 wall balls
15 KB swings 53 lbs
20 minute AMRAP
Rusty and I got 14 rounds + 10 row + 13 Wall Ball

Adductor work
then
Ice bath 5 minutes
