10 Chin ups/pullups alternate each set
x 10 with a time cap of 20 minutes
Rx=cleans at bodyweight
I did 135lbs and got 9 rounds +3 cleans. I will finish this next time! One day at bodyweight (I better lose about 40 lbs)
