Perhaps my least favorite workout of the year

20 Thrusters, 75 lbs

10 Ring Dip (Strict)s

20 Push-ups

10 Strict Handstand Push-ups

Bear Crawl, 50 m

Not sure why this one was so unpleasant for me today. I like all the movements but for some reason, my shoulders fatigued badly today and I was doing single HSPU and struggling all around.
