/Good work today guys!
Push Press
5-5-3-3-1-1-1
then
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 30 secs of:
Burpee Box Jump, 20 in
Sandbag To Shoulder, 40 lbs
Wall Ball, 10 lbs
Rest 30 secs between each cycle.
For each cycle continue the AMRAP.
This was a little confusing but still a good workout. You do all 3 exercises 3 times. 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off.
If we do this one again, I would like to try 6 rounds rather than 3. I really like the interval work.
