Ren Park is a benchmark workout that I made up in 2008 when I first moved to Chattanooga. It is a small park that has a rough square outline. Within the park I found a few things that we could do for a workout. It has stayed the same since day one and we have 17 results although we have done it many more times than that.

In attendance today: Jody, Kim, Rusty, Alan, Keith, Mathew Nuar, Brandon, Tom Rowland
