3 exercises: Situps, Pushups and Pullups.

100 Situps, 100 Pushups, 50 Pullups

90 Situps, 90 Pushups, 45 Pullups

80 Situps, 80 Pushups, 40 Pullups

…continue to drop 10 on Situps and Pushups and 5 on Pullups until you get to the last set of 10/10/5
